Homemade Noodles by Allrecipes. 1 serving
Ingredients

  1. 1/4 of an egg that is beaten.
  2. 1/3 teaspoon of salt.
  3. 1/2 tablespoon of milk.
  4. 31 1/4 grams of plain flour or all-purpose flour that is sifted.
  5. 1/3 teaspoon of baking powder. (This is step is optional.)

Directions

  1. Blend the egg, milk and salt.
  2. Then add the flour.
  3. Add baking powder if thicker noodles are desired.
  4. Roll and seperate that into two balls.
  5. Roll out the dough and let it sit for 20 minutes.
  6. Cut into spereate strips and spread them out.
  7. This will allow them to dry.
  8. Then, brush them with a little bit of flour.
  9. Leave it to sit for about 2 hours.
  10. Put them in hot water and then cook for approximately 10 minutes.
